Roast Beef for Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Cook roast in slow cooker on low overnight. Shred meat and return to slow cooker. Add onion and soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve hot beef on buns.
