Ingredients
  • 3 pounds beef roast
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 shot brandy
Directions
Cook as long as possible, crockpot all day on low. Oven at least 5 hours.
