French Toast (1) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 slices Texas toast
  • CREAM SYRUP:
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except bread.

Dip bread slices in egg mixture. Fry on a hot buttered skillet (around 350°).

For Cream Syrup, combine cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Serve with warm french toast.
