Hamburger Gravy Recipe

A peppery white sauce with browned ground beef that makes a great weeknight meal. So easy to make and this can be served over noodles, rice, biscuits or even bread. Good stuff!!! Yes, there was wiener gravy and fried bologna gravy too.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk

In a deep skillet, brown and ground beef and season with salt and pepper; drain.

Add butter and melt.

Add bouillon and flour; stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add milk to make the gravy, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
