Corned Beef and Hash Recipe

  • 6 potatoes, cubed (medium)
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 can corned beef
  • flour
  • water
Place cubed potatoes, corned beef and diced onion in a pot and cover with enough water to cook. When potatoes are about done, mix flour with a little water to make a thin paste. Pour paste in with the potatoes, corned beef, and diced onion. Keep stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Simmer for about 20 minutes and serve.
