COD FILLETS A LA KESINGER Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 firm fresh cod fillets, rinsed and dried
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices lemon
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. In a baking pan: Place cod fillets, butter and spices. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes, until fillets are done. Remove from pan, serve with parsley and lemon on top of fillet. Serves 4.
