Cheesy Potato Casserole 4 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes (6 medium)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs (seasoned)
Boil thinly slice potatoes in salted water. Butter a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish. Arrange 1/3 of potatoes in the dish, top with half the onions and half the cheese. Repeat layers, ending with potatoes. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk and pepper, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle top evenly with bread crumbs. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8.
