In a large nonstick skillet, add meat and cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
Stir in dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger to the browned meat. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Toss pasta and meat mixtures in large serving bowl. Sprinkle peanuts just before serving, if desired.
NOTE: You could substitute 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root for the ground ginger.
