BEEF TACO BAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 jar white corn and black bean salsa (26 ounce jar)
  • 1 can tomato soup (10.75 ounce can)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 flour tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
In a skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink.

Combine salsa, soup, milk, tortilla pieces, ground beef and 1 cup shredded cheese. Spoon into 9x13 baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and back for 5 more minutes.
