Creamed Ham Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds or more Ham, thinly sliced and however much you want to make
  • 1 quart Half and Half or more depending on how much ham you use
Directions
Place ham in a pan large enough to hold all the ham you want to cream. Pour the half and half over the ham making sure you have covered the ham completely. Bring to a boil and then simmer for at least 30 minutes to an hour. The longer you simmer the better flavor it will have.

Serve with toast, scrambled eggs and hash browns.
