Hamballs 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 pound ground cooked ham
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
In large bowl, mix beef, ham, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk. Use about 1/3 cup mixture each and shape into balls. Place in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish or cake pan. Combine tomato soup, dry mustard, brown sugar and vinegar. Set aside 1/2 cup of sauce and pour remaining over ham balls. Bake uncovered at 350° about 1 hour, basting with extra sauce once halfway through baking.
