Shakshuka Recipe

  • 2 onions, diced (medium)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 20 ounces tomato sauce
  • 10 eggs
Sauté onions for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 more minutes. Add tomato sauce. Crack the eggs carefully and pour over the tomato sauce, keeping them whole. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the eggs are done.
