Vegetarian Chili 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 olive oil
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 Chopped Celery
  • 1 chopped green peppers
  • 1 chopped carrots
  • 1 crushed garlic
  • 2 chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 red pepper flakes
  • 1 ground cumin
  • 1/4 Dried Basil
  • 2 chili powder
  • 3/4 dried oregano
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 2 tomato juice
  • 3/4 Bulgar wheat
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 1 - 20 ounce can) undrained kidney beans
  • 1/2 Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 3 tomato paste
  • 1 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 dry red or white wine
  • 2 chopped canned green chilies
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Over high heat add the first 12 ingredients. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. If too thick ,add additional tomato juice.
