Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder roast (3 1/2 - 4 lbs netted
  • 1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
  • 12 round sandwich rolls
Directions
Heat the oil in 10" skillet over med-high heat. Remove net from the pork and cook until well browned on all sides. Stir in soup, ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar in 5 qt. crock pot. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours (high 4-5 hrs.) or until the pork is fork tender. Remove the pork to a cutting board and let stand for 10 minutes. Using 2 forks, shred the pork. Return pork to cooker. Spoon the pork and sauce mixture on sandwich rolls.
