Baked Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound tilapia
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

READY IN

25 mins

Heat oven to 375°. Spray 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
Cut fish into four serving pieces, place in pan. Tuck under any thin ends for more even cooking.
Mix remaining ingredients, drizzle over fish.
Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

"I am just learning to cook a little more now and this recipe was perfect for me because it was very easy. I like fried fish better but for a baked fish this recipe was pretty good, probably healthier too!"
