RANCH PORK ROAST Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds pork shoulder roast
  • 1 bottle Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
  • 3 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk together the dressing and milk. Put roast into glass baking dish and cover with the dressing sauce.

Bake: uncovered, 325° for approx. 4 hours turning the roast over in the sauce every 45-60 min. Check for doneness. The roast will be fork tender. Reserve the sauce and serve over your favorite side dish (rice,noodles, potatoes or even green beans).
