Sauté onion, celery, mushrooms in heated oil until tender.
Place farfel in a large bowl.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
Add seasoned hot water and the sautéed vegetables to farfel. Mix well.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to farfel mixture. Blend thoroughly.
Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan and bake uncovered at 375° for 35-45 minutes until set.
