Whole Wheat Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can beer (not light)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix together, except for butter, and pour into a loaf pan. Pour the melted butter over batter. Bake 375° 50-60 minutes.
