Fresh Pineapple Jam Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 container pineapple spears (Sams Club)
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 6 ounces liquid pectin
Directions
Put pineapple in food processor & grind until slushy. Combine fruit and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil hard 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in pectin, skim & stir 3 times. Put into hot sterilized jars & seal. Yields 9 - 1/2 pts
