Mom's Flat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Directions
Mix and make golf ball size balls. Roll out and bake on lefsa grill, till brown spots appear, then turn over and bake till brown spots appear on other side. Dry out in oven at 200° for 1 hour to dry out before storing.
