Gluten Free Puppy Chow or Chex Muddies Recipe

Put chocolate and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGHfor 1 minute. Stir until all melted. If not all melted, microwave for another 15 seconds. Stir again. Add vanilla. Pour Chex into bowl. Pour mixture over cereal mix until Chex are all covered. Toss like a salad to coat entirely. Put powdered sugar into a ziplock 2 gallon size or paper bag. Add Chex mixture and shake until well coated. If you need to add more powdered sugar to finish coating, you may add as much as you need.

HEALTH NOTE: If Rice Chex, Corn Chex or Chocolate Chex are used it is considered gluten-free.
