Meal in a Skillet Recipe

  • 6 ounces ground turkey or ground beef
  • 2 cups Italian style canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked macaroni, or any other style pasta
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, optional
  • 1 cup frozen green beans, or 1 can green beans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions, or may use onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Chili powder, to taste
Cook 20 minutes over low heat in a large skillet.
