Cinnamon Apple Crisps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 apples - red delicious or gala (small)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I use more)
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°. Slice apples paper thin. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not waxed paper). Place apple slices in a single layer on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. Cool on wire rack and serve.
