Egg Hashbrown Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen eggs, beaten
  • 16 dozen frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried onion, optional
  • 1/2 cup dried mushrooms, optional
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound ham, chopped or sausage, cooked & drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Place in grease lasagna pan. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
