Lemon Tilapia Recipe

  • 12 ounces tilapia
  • 4 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
Melt margarine and mix with lemon juice, pepper, carrots, celery, onions and parsley. Place tilapia in baking dish and pour mixture over fish. Top fish with lemon slices. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
