Tuna Patties Recipe

  • 1 cup zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 2/3 cup oatmeal or oat bran
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Sauté zucchini, onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Form into patties and fry in large skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
