Salsa Gefilte Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, sliced (large)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 loaf frozen gefilte fish
Directions
Sauté onions until translucent. Unwrap frozen gefilte fish and place on top of onions. Mix the salsa and water together and pour over fish and onions. Simmer covered and cook for 1 - 2 hours. Can be served cold or hot.
