Talapia Mediterranean Recipe

  • 4 Talapia pieces
  • 2 onions (medium)
  • 2 tomato slices 1/4" (medium)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 8 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 kalamata olives chopped
Defrost Talapia, peel and slice onions 1/4"thick and then sauté in olive oil till clear; place fish over onions

Sprinkle olives, basil and garlic over fish. Place sliced tomatoes on top.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Cook 12 - 15 minutes at 375
