Peanut Brittle 102 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup
  • 2 cups salted Spanish peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon oleo
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
Directions
Cook sugar, water, and syrup to 290°. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Butter jelly roll pan. Stretch thin with fork. Cool and crack.
