Fajita Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke (opt.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over skirt steak (fajitas). This is enough for about 2 lbs. Soak meat for at least 2 to 3 days in refrigerator, turning occasionally - making sure that meat is covered with marinade. Put on grill. Cook until tender. Cut into fajita strips. Skirt steak must be tenderized.
