Fajita Marinade Recipe

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Combine all ingredients and pour over skirt steak. This is enough marinade for about 2 lbs.

Soak meat for at least 2-3 days in refrigerator, turning occasionally, making sure that meat is covered with marinade.

Put on grill. Cook until tender. Cut into fajita strips. Skirt steak must be tenderized.
