RUMAKI Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts
  • 1 pound Bacon
Directions
Mix first three ingredients and set aside. Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap each chestnut with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Cook bacon/chestnuts at 350° on a cookie sheet until bacon is cooked. Place cooked rumaki in a Pyrex pan and cover with sauce. Let marinate overnight. Before serving, put in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
