Star Crunch Bars Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder. Spread in a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cake with marshmallows. Bake 2 more minutes and immediately press down marshmallows with spatula and cool. In saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and Rice Krispies. Spread over cooled marshmallow layer. Cool completely.
