Strawberry Dessert 26 Recipe

  • 70 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 2 ounces pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 package Cool Whip (large)
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Strawberry Glaze
  • 1 box frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Melt margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Reserve 1/4 C. crumbs for the top. Press crumbs into 9x13 pan. Mix ice cream, pudding mix and milk. Beat 3 minutes until smooth. Pour over crust. Chill. Mix glaze ingredients and cook until thickened. Cool. Spread cooled glaze over pudding layer. Chill. Spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over the top. Top with whole or sliced fresh strawberries. Chill well before serving. Enjoy!
