Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 cup Sugar
1 package frozen strawberries
1 package dream whip, whipped
1 graham cracker crust
CANDIED STRAWBERRIES:
3 packages strawberry gelatin (3 oz pkg)
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup peanuts, chopped
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz can)
1 1/2 ounces slivered almonds
2 drops green food coloring
1 jar red sugar crystals

Directions

Beat egg whites, sugar and frozen strawberries for 10 minutes. Ad Dream Whip and pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze for two hours. Makes 6-8 servings. Before serving, garnish with candy strawberries.

To make candy strawberries, combine gelatin, coconut, nuts and milk in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Add a few drops of green food coloring to almonds in a plastic bag; shake vigorously to dye nuts. To make strawberries, shape chilled dough into fat strawberries, roll in sugar crystals and place green almonds in ends for leaves. Store in refrigerator. Makes 24 strawberries.
