  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 dash ginger

Mix all together and 6 form burgers.

Grill over medium heat or in a frying pan, 6-8 minutes per side.

Serve on a bun with tomatoes and green onions.
