Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops (medium)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 onion, minced (small)
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
Directions
Place chops in shallow casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake 1 hour covered with foil and then 1/2 hour uncovered at 350°. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
