Spinach Artichoke Dip 30 Recipe

  • 1 can Artichokes, quartered
  • 1 package Spinach, thawed (10 ounce pkg)
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed/minced
Strain spinach very well. Squeeze it till there is no more water then break apart. Drain and chop artichokes. Mix 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese together with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
