Strawberry Dessert 25 Recipe

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 30 marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes strawberry jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
For crust: Mix flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts and oleo together. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°. Let crust cool.

For filling: Melt marshmallows in milk. Let cool. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Chill in refrigerator until set. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Add the sugar to the jello, before adding the water. Immediately stir frozen strawberries into hot gelatin. Chill until it begins to thicken. Spoon carefully over the marshmallow layer. Chill entire dessert before serving.
