Zucchini Pie 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup zucchini, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oleo, melted
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender; blend well. Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Then bake at 350° for 10 minutes or more, until it is brown on top. Serves 6 to 8.
