Ingredients
1 pound frozen fruit (strawberries or peaches)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup sugar (may substitute Splenda)
Water, as needed
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor. Puree until creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as needed. If fruit doesn't break down completely, gradually add water as needed through feed tube, 1 tablespoon at a time. Be careful not to over process sorbet. Serve immediately or freeze.
