Strawberry Refrigerator Cake Recipe

  • 12 ounces low-fat vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 quart strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 pint Fat-free Cool Whip
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Line bottom of an 8x10" pan with 3/4 of wafer crumbs. Mix strawberries with sugar and add layer of berries over wafer crumbs. Then add layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Chill well. Serves 8.
