Ritz Cracker Dessert 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 packages instant pistachio pudding (small pkg)
  • 1 ounce cool whip
Directions
Crush crackers, mix with melted butter. Set aside 1 C. of cracker mix, put remaining in 9x13 pan. Mix ice cream, milk and pudding. Pour over cracker crumbs and refrigerate overnight. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
