Ritz Cracker Dessert 3 Recipe

  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding (small box)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Set aside 1 cup of cracker mix, press remaining in 9x13 pan.

Mix ice cream, milk and pudding. Pour over cracker crumbs and refrigerate overnight.

Spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
