Old English Apple Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Butter a pie dish. Peel and slice apples, cover with 1 c. sugar and tapioca. Put in dish. Crumble together remaining ingredients and spread on top of apples. Bake 350° for 40-45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
