Cream Cheese Frosting 38 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Margarine (softened)
  • 16 packets Equal
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • - 2 T. 1% Milk (to thin frosting)
Directions
Beat together cream cheese and margarine. stir in equal, and milk until powder is moistened. Beat until smooth and spread on cake or other sweet treats. It frosts (2) 9" round layers of cake or (2) dozen cup cakes.
