Milk Chocolate Fondue Recipe

An elegant dessert that is simple to prepare. Melt some chocolate, dark or milk will do, with cream. And then have fruit, cookies, brownies, cheesecake, or anything sweet to dip into this creamy chocolate.

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring extract (rum, vanilla, orange, etc)
  • DIPPERS:
  • pineapple chunks
  • strawberries
  • bananas
  • angel food cake or pound cake

Place chocolate in double boiler with cream over low heat. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Before serving, stir in extract of choice and transfer to a fondue pot.

**NOTE: If the chocolate is too thick, add a little more cream.
