Apple Pound Cake 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 extra large eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3 apples, peeled and chopped
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
Combine oil, sugar, and eggs, and beat 3 minutes. Sift in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Blend in vanilla then fold in the apples. Pour in greased and floured Tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350. Cool in pan. Boil the topping ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour over warm cake.
