Banana Pudding 101 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions
Mix sugar and eggs together. Stir in milk. Cook uncovered stirring constantly until thickened over water in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add vanilla. In casserole dish, layer vanilla wafers, bananas and cooked custard. Continue to layer and end with custard. This should make about 3 layers.
