Cherry Yum Yum 10 Recipe

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 packages Dream Whip
  • 2 cans cherry pie filling
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs to form crust. Cover the bottom of a 9x13" pan with this mixture, pressing down firmly. Prepare Dream Whip per instructions on package, set aside. Add sugar and vanilla to cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold prepared Dream Whip into the cream cheese mixture, and then spread it over the graham cracker crust. Spoon pie filling over crust and refrigerate, this dessert is best served cold. You can substitute blueberry, strawberry, or any other pie filling for the topping. The recipe can be halved, but if done so should be prepared in an 8x8" pan.
