Graham Cracker Pudding 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 pint whipping cream, whipped or 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg whites and beat again. Add marshmallows, coconut. Add whipped cream or Cool Whip. Make alternate layers of crumbs and whipped cream (or Cool Whip mixture) in a large dish. Chill.
