Peanut Butter Fingers 18 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
Directions
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and blend. Add remaining ingredients. Spread into a greased and floured 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with a 6-ounce package of chocolate chips. Let stand until melted and then spread evenly over the cake. When cool, spread this topping over the chocolate chips: 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and 2 to 4 tablespoons milk.
